Changelog
This is the third release candidate of Slax 6.
As usual, there are two variants:
ISO - to burn directly to a CD
TAR - to extract directly to your USB device (don't forget to run ./boot/bootinst.sh (or .bat)
Moreover Slax now has 28 official languages supported, you may download
them as a modules + initrd.gz. Simply include localized files in your Slax copy,
that's all, no need for any boot parameters.
How to add your language to USB Slax:
- first download Slax6rc3 tar version and install it to your USB key
- then download all two directories (./boot and ./slax) for your language
- copy the newly downloaded files over existing ones on your USB device
(initrd.gz will be overwritten)
- no need to re-run bootinst.sh/bat
Please test your language and report any problems.
You have to cleanly unmount your NTFS partition if you wish to see it correctly
during the boot process. A hybernated partition will cause Slax to ignore it,
or mount it read-only.
Thank you for using and testing Slax.
Enjoy ;)

SLax 6 rc3 changes:

which works much better than the previous version and fixes the problem from rc1.

- start dhcpcd using -t 60 and fork it to background (&)
- released 28 modules for internationalization
